Create your VideoNest account, set up your channel, and configure your profile.

Create your account

Go to app.videonest.co and sign up with your email address. You'll verify your email before continuing to channel setup.

VideoNest offers a free plan with no credit card required. Hosting, the video player, and embedding are all available from day one.

Set up your channel

After signup you'll be guided through a short channel setup flow. You'll be asked for:

  • Channel name — shown in your library, on your video website, and in some distribution contexts
  • Description — a brief summary of your content
  • Category — helps VideoNest route content to appropriate distribution partners
  • Upload source — how you'll get videos into VideoNest

For the upload source, you can connect an FTP account (via token), Google Drive, or another cloud provider for ongoing automatic sync — or choose to upload files directly. This setting can be changed any time after onboarding.

You can update these settings later. Channel name, description, category, and your sync source can all be changed after onboarding from your Media Library or Settings.

Your profile

Your account profile is separate from your channel settings. Go to Settings > Account Profile to update your display name, profile image, and contact information.

This is your VideoNest account identity, used for login and support — it is not the same as your public-facing channel name.
