View, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your VideoNest subscription plan.
Finding your plan settings
Go to Settings > Billing/Plan in your VideoNest dashboard at app.videonest.co. Your current plan is displayed here along with options to change or cancel.
Upgrading or downgrading
To change your plan, go to Settings > Billing/Plan and select a new plan. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you need help choosing the right plan, contact us.
Cancelling your plan
To cancel, go to Settings > Billing/Plan and select the cancellation option. Your account and content remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
User type
Settings also shows your account's user type, which determines your available features and access level. If you believe your user type is set incorrectly, contact support.
