Overview
VideoNest supports social media distribution to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok via automation platforms like Zapier and Make. There is currently no direct VideoNest integration with social platforms — distribution is handled through third-party automation workflows.
How it works
Using Zapier or Make, you set up a workflow that triggers when a new video is published in VideoNest (via webhook) and then automatically uploads or posts it to your connected social accounts. VideoNest fires the trigger; the automation platform handles the delivery to the social network.
Getting started
To set up social distribution, connect VideoNest to Zapier or Make using your API key. Create a trigger on new video published, then connect your YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account as the action destination within the automation platform.
Direct social publishing from VideoNest — without a third-party automation tool — is on the roadmap. Get in touch if this is a priority for your workflow.
Platform notes
YouTube supports direct video uploads via their API, and Zapier has mature YouTube actions available. Instagram and TikTok have more restricted API access; check the current capabilities of your automation platform before relying on them for publishing.
