Creating Your Video Website

Build and publish a branded video website directly from your VideoNest library.

What the video website is

Every VideoNest account includes a hosted video website at a VideoNest subdomain by default. Your website automatically displays your video library and is updated every time you publish a new video. No separate build process is required — the site is live as soon as your account is active.

Customizing your site

Go to Website → Appearance in the main nav to customize your site's branding. You can update:

• Logo — upload your brand logo to replace the default VideoNest mark
• Header colors — set the header background and text colors to match your brand
• Featured links — add links to external destinations (your main website, social profiles, etc.) that appear prominently on your video site

Layout

The site layout is managed by VideoNest for optimal video browsing. Custom layout changes are not available at this time.

Setting a custom domain

Your video site can live at your own domain (e.g., video.yoursite.com) via a CNAME DNS record. See Custom Domain Setup for step-by-step instructions.

Growing your audience

Your video website includes a subscriber capture form. Visitors can subscribe to receive email notifications when you publish new content. See Email Capture for details on how subscriber emails work.
