Email Capture

Collect subscriber emails from your VideoNest video website and keep your audience engaged automatically.

How subscribers work

Your VideoNest video website includes a built-in subscriber form. Visitors can enter their email to follow your channel. Subscribers are tied to your VideoNest website — the form cannot be embedded standalone on external sites at this time.

Automatic email notifications

When you publish a new video, VideoNest automatically sends an email notification to your subscribers with a link to the new video on your VideoNest page. Emails are sent at most once per day, even if you publish multiple videos in a single day.

Toggling notifications off

If you prefer to manage subscriber communication yourself, you can disable automatic email notifications in your subscriber settings. The subscriber list remains intact — notifications just won't be sent automatically. You can re-enable them at any time.

Your subscriber list

You can view and manage your subscriber list under Website → Subscribers in the main nav.

💡
Low effort, real return views

Automatic notifications are on by default and are one of the easiest ways to drive return visits. If you're running a high-volume channel, the once-per-day cap means your subscribers won't be overwhelmed even on busy publishing days.
