Dashboard Overview

Navigate the VideoNest dashboard and find your key tools.

The Analytics landing page

When you log in to app.videonest.co, the first screen you see is the Analytics page. This is your channel's home screen — it shows you what's happening across your library at a glance, without having to navigate anywhere first. The page is divided into three sections stacked vertically.

Recent uploads carousel

At the top of the Analytics page is a horizontal carousel showing your most recently uploaded or imported videos. Each card in the carousel shows the video thumbnail, title, and upload date. This provides a quick visual confirmation of what's been added to your library recently, useful after a bulk import or if multiple team members are uploading.

Channel performance chart

Below the carousel is a channel performance chart that shows your overall viewership over time. By default, the chart displays the last 30 days. Use the toggle in the upper-right corner of the chart to switch between the 30-day view and your full account history — from the date your first video was uploaded to today.

The chart provides a high-level sense of whether your audience is growing, steady, or declining, and surfaces the impact of publishing activity or distribution changes on your overall reach. For per-video and per-platform breakdowns, see the Analytics Dashboard.

Video performance table

Below the chart is a table showing performance data for every video in your library. Each row corresponds to one video and includes the following columns:

  • Preview thumbnail — a visual identifier for the video
  • Title — the video's name
  • Duration — the length of the video
  • Watch time — total minutes watched across all platforms
  • Completion rate — the percentage of viewers who watched to the end
  • Views — total view count across all distribution channels
  • Estimated revenue — projected earnings for this video (only visible if you're enrolled in the Monetization Program)
  • Impressions — total number of times the video was shown in a browse or discovery surface

Click any row to open the video's detail page, where you can edit metadata, review individual video analytics, and manage distribution settings.

All app navigation lives in the left sidebar. The top-level items and their sub-sections are:

  • Analytics — the home screen described above
  • Earnings — your monetization payout dashboard (visible once approved for the Monetization Program)
