Apple TV Feed
Distribute your VideoNest content to Apple TV. Apple TV channels require a VideoNest partnership — this is not a self-serve submission.
Unlike Roku, Amazon Fire TV, or Tubi, Apple TV does not have a self-serve channel submission process open to independent publishers. Distribution to Apple TV requires going through VideoNest's partnership program. Contact the VideoNest team to initiate the process.

How Apple TV distribution works
Apple TV (Apple's streaming platform, distinct from Apple TV+ original content) supports content channels from media partners. Access requires an agreement with Apple's media content team — it is not open to all publishers via a self-serve portal.
VideoNest works directly with Apple to distribute content on behalf of eligible VideoNest publishers. When you reach the minimum requirements and apply through VideoNest, VideoNest manages the channel submission, feed delivery, and ongoing relationship with Apple.
VideoNest feed compatibility
VideoNest generates an Apple TV-compatible feed that satisfies Apple's content requirements, including titles, descriptions, 16:9 thumbnails, content ratings, closed captions, and series metadata where applicable. No additional feed configuration is needed on your end — once your channel is set up through VideoNest, your feed updates automatically.
Requirements to qualify
- Content volume: A library with sufficient depth — typically 50+ videos minimum
- Content quality: 720p or higher, consistent thumbnail quality, complete metadata
- Content ratings: All content must have accurate ratings applied
- Ownership: You must own or have full distribution rights to all content in the channel
- Closed captions: Required; Apple has specific accessibility requirements
How to apply
- Ensure your VideoNest library meets the requirements above
- Create a CTV feed in VideoNest for the content you want on Apple TV (Media → Feeds → Create Feed → Video)
- Contact the VideoNest team and include your feed URL and a brief description of your channel
The VideoNest team will review your content and, if eligible, initiate the Apple channel submission on your behalf.
Apple TV channels perform best with a deep, regularly updated library. Before applying, make sure your content has complete metadata, accurate ratings, and consistent thumbnails. VideoNest's AI enhancements can help fill metadata gaps across your library before submission.
